Must Haves for Spring

Need a new Outfit for Spring, Ladies? Having trouble finding the perfect outfit? Here are a few suggestions of things I LOVE for Spring from some of my favorite Designers.

Trina Turk

Have an important interview coming up this Spring or need a new outfit for work? This Trina Turk Suit provides a modern twist on boring suits, and brings an extra burst of Spring to your wardrobe.


I personally love the green silk shirt under it, but they also have a pink strapless dress that can be worn under the jacket or separately and still look elegant.

Milly NY

Milly NY has another great dress idea to wear to work. I absolutely love navy, and this outfit is simplistic and gorgeous!


This is another favorite of mine from Milly NY for a special dinner out on the town, a cocktail party, among many other things. This dress not only screams my favorite football team Clemson, but orange is a very bold color and it takes a strong person to wear it. Adding orange to your wardrobe can give an extra boost of confidence to your Mo-Jo.

Lilly Pulitzer

These are by far my favorite shorts I have seen all season! Unfortunately, I cannot find them anywhere in my size. Trust me, I have searched high and low. If you are lucky enough to find these bad boys in your size, I will be JEALOUS! These are another one of my Lilly Pulitzer loves!



I found my obsession with Lilly Pulitzer my freshman year at Clemson. I could always count on Lilly Pulitzer to find the perfect dress for any sorority function. Then, what does Lilly go and do? She makes a print for Sorority girls and Lilly Lovers everywhere. So if you were a Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Zeta, or Kappa Delta (like me!), you must buy something in this print! I personally own the Murfee Scarf and the wallet, but I would really love to add the purse to my collection! What I would really like to see Lilly Pulitzer make in this print? An umbrella and rainboots. Nothing would make me feel classier than jumping in puddles wearing this beautiful print.

Vineyard Vines

Typically, I love a Vineyard Vines printed dress, but this top is just so elegant and adorable that I don't know how my closet could exist without it!

This skirt screams spring, Easter, maybe even an Easter Egg, but you can't deny its southern charm.

Every season, Vineyard Vines puts out a patchwork print skirt and shorts. This season is by far not the frattiest pastel pattern, but I do love the color combo.

Vineyard Vines has been capturing the hearts of College students everywhere with their collegiate print totes. What's next, you may ask. MLB and NFL Totes.

Want a romantic date night? Nothing could be more precious than a southern picnic... with wine! This tote is a new item from Vineyard Vines, and now I couldn't imagine a picnic without this wine tote. Best feature: It holds four bottles! :)


Another reason I knew I loved Vineyard Vines? They just came out with a pet line for your lovable best pal. When Lilly Pulitzer came out with her pet collection, I feel further in love. This is just the icing on the cake. Pretty sure my two puppies are getting these for Spring!

J. Crew

For a wedding or special occasion, I love to go to J. Crew because you can find the cutest dresses in so many different colors. I love the bright azalea, shown below, as well as: organic green, warm riviera, dark pacific, and violet dust. Best part, half of these colors are on sale right now!


This dress is another one of my preppy, simplistic favorites for a wedding reception or other special occasion.


This skirt is a must have for any Clemson fanatic. I love the classic orange and white pencil skirt. It would be the perfect work outfit for those Solid Orange Fridays! Go Tigers! Although, I would never pair this cute skirt with that plain gray t-shirt. Not really sure what the stylists were thinking, but that is a little too casual for my taste. I would love to see this paired with a solid color ruffle top.
